Business Model Examination

Our business model examination assesses the main components of the business model, including the value proposition, customer segments and relationships, infrastructure, and revenue/profit model.  The exam produces a comprehensive picture of the business–as a system–and serves as a benchmark for identifying areas of competitive advantage, organizational development, and business model innovation. A business model score is also given.

This examination is geared towards small and medium sized businesses, and it costs under a hundred and fifty dollars.

Business Model Component Assessment

The component assessment performs a deeper-dive into the main components and sub-components of your business model. Many of the subcomponents align with the nine key building blocks of the Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder & Pigneur, 2010), and many other properties and charechteristics of a business model are documented.

This assessment is intended for business leaders, board of directors, and investors interested in understanding the underpinnings and sustainability of a business model.
